Our club is down to the bare bones, skeleton crew. Everyone is p-ss-d and angry and overworked. The Club looks horrible and Management is uncaring. This company will never make it going in this direction.

We are down 34 people! 20 pending in workday and cant get them through to orientation. Transfer associates have been waiting for almost 8 weeks now. Frustrating. Somehow getting done. Stock levels are down though.

We are short 10 full time, and about 10 part time. So you can imagine are struggles. Hard to keep up with loose freight that is piled high coming from DC. Third party hiring process is a total mess. Can't hire them fast enough. Oh well, we just do our best to keep club stocked as best as we can.

Our small town club in Ohio is doing okay. Growing pains are tough. Lucky enough to have managers that care somewhat. Only complaint is that as a fresh associate I am being tasked with 3 to 4 jobs that I feel I should be compensated fairly for. I pride myself in member and in team service but when I'm not on the clock it hurts knowing that others with different (higher) tiers of pay get it with a lesser sense of the latter. When I hear my supervisor gets an $8 raise for doing the same if not less than I put forth day in and out... Sorry for my less than perfect zone I guess

People Solutions and Workday put the blame on each other. They are not useful at all! They say contact your HR... hello our HR was eliminated so that they could take over!

If the goal was to have the Clubs look like sh–. then we are doing well.

It's rough. Not enough people to stock or do club pick ups. Desk down to one person most days as the others are sent to door, gas station, signs, on and on. Members constantly telling us to open more registers, like we can do anything about anything that. Signs only get changed IF a member demands the price that's on the out-of-date sign. It's so bad, they haven't been on us about plus or credit for weeks. But then lots of shifts are without a cos to make sure that gets done.

Sounds just like a club in Arizona.

Its stressful but most of our associates are helping one another. The ones that are used to be catered to are having a harder time because they actually have to do something!

We are doing really bad not enough help Desk associates are doing Club pick ups and signs and when you ask a floor associate to give a door break they bark at you like they are the manager. Everyone is over worked and stressed that they are arguing at each other.
