WFM has cut hours and anyone who says they haven't is not being honest. Should they have cut some hours? Yes, but they cut the wrong teams. Produce, grocery, prepared foods, seafood and the front end work their tails off and have had their hours cut while Whole-body, Specialty, meat and bakery don't work as hard. There are exceptions to the rule of course because there are some in each of those departments that do work hard but the majority don't including their team leaders and atls. We see more people standing around and talking in those departments while we are busting our a$$es in ours. It is very frustrating. Our STL works harder than they do but he doesn't do anything about them standing around. Please take hours away from those teams and split it up amongst us! I have personally seen several people stand around talking while one person works. We could each use the hours of the four standing around easily. Specialty and Whole-body are the worse. They get hours for production and guest service and they all walk around the store or hide in the back. Team Leaders and ATLs sit in the TL office and pretend they have all kinds of paperwork to do but they really are chatting with each other and gossiping in there. Help us out here, we have no power to make them do the right thing.

I have a suggestion for the hate-filled extremists who are constantly trying to tear our wfm down, That’s why I say: If they don’t like it, let them leave, If they don’t love it, tell them to leave it. I’m just saying it’s their choice, they can come back when they want. I think, in some cases, they hate our wfm, And they’re so angry.

So fake news the guardian interviews 28 people out of 91000 n boom therefore all TMs feel the same?! Thats not even a 1%, not even .05% of the tms! I have never ever been told at my store to push customers to sign up. The signs are sent by regional and printed by one tm. All i have to do is put it up like any other sale sign. These 28 so called team members must be the laziest, not showing to wrk ungrateful greedy, liars mofos ive ever heard. Labor at my store has increased. Our sales are up even in summer time. Everyone is getting good raises only of course if you do your job and “show up” to work. This is some baloney.
