This is what I heard from a Frito rep. Anyone else hear about this? Any truth to this?

Na!! Frito is too big like Nabisco!! Frito has a bigger 💸 🐄 than we do y'all!! DSD is where the money is at!!

Yes it’s true, test market. Frito lay will do time to add more and more pallet drops, always been the plan!!
Doubt it. They are one of the largest DSD vendors. When a summer holiday comes around the stores have numerous carts in the back. Where would these large racks fit on the stores trucks? Or if they pallet stacked their cases, you could bet all those bags will be popped and just a bunch of crumbs. Wal-Mart pallets are stacked to the ceiling that they can barely even fit through the bay doors and look like they are about to topple over. Would make me nervous to cut the plastic off those pallets. Perhaps the frito lay/ Pepsi co. Section on here could shed some light on this.
