Cotg and comdoc, what is the golden process looking like? What processes are they taking from your cores?

Training India for AP; Contracts to Guatemala, Meters to Guatemala; Leasing and Billing to Guatemala; Supply Sales to Philippines and AR to Guatemala - At first - it seemed like they were getting it, asking the right questions but several weeks in - they cannot grasp exceptions and they don't turn corners . The cultural gap is huge and you can kiss Xerox good bye. All that talk about a tech giant - Canon maybe - after they buy what's left of us. We are dead in the water.
At my core they are announced as the HCL transition team, we're not dumb, you don't train people cause they have nothing better to do, nothing will ever be the same, I just want it to be over, when I leave I hope to never utter the name HCL again in my lifetime!
We just got word that next week they offer 3 more months of employment and then your job is gone. They wont let the local core hire anyone back including anyone ex Xerox. This is so heartbreaking. Let them figure it out and save yourself now!
I know for a fact, at least 2 at ComDoc are heavily training in order processing. Leadership claimed to the admin/ops people that they are quick learners and doing great! Do they think we are stupid?
Quick question though, any other branches introduce them as HCL? Or did they say there part of the team and LIE to the whole organization to not raise “questions “ or “awareness”?
at my core they are here learning the whole OTC (order to cash), they are learning order entry, credit approvals, lease admin, equipment billing, meters, contracts, a/r, supplies, everything really s—s, it's like an invasion and you just want to say "get the F out"
I am also curious of those who are currently training the people in from Guatemala, what departments are you training them in? A/R? Contracts? Meters? FM Audit? Order processing? Customer care? Trying to pinpoint which functions will be moved first.
