I don’t like what I’m reading I work at Nov and I wish they would tell the shop floor the truth. Basically if they don’t go now they won’t get anything as they will cut pay, stop shift and mess people around until people go on there own accord!
All true management in uk getting big bonuses to destroy plants and get employees to leave by ruining moral. They don’t want anything in uk so say.
Ive heard hycalog in stonehouse will cut 35% in October. And late 2020/early 2021 there are plans in place to shut stonehouse and move the work to America and Saudi Arabia.
