No one wants to share what the new marketing salaried position is and it's details?
I know this has started already in 2 or 3 clubs in every market.
What's your base salary?
How much incentive above goal are you paid ?
And what happened to your existing lead aND advantagecoordinator?

Not.offering to managers
It's less money
And they would have to actually perform

Of course they're gonna offer it to mgrs first, why wouldn't they. Why would they wanna give it to the market lead, obviously we are nothing to them we probably wont get offered a severence either when they eliminate our spots. Our club profited 105% last year in membership we got a full bonus. Do you think that that was because of our managers, HELL NO!!! That was because of the Market team, the front end and the desk. I swear this company is so full of Sh%@!!!!

Yes, it has started,if you were a chosen one. If you were not chosen, you were offered other postions. My friend was one that was chosen .
