My club has been undergoing a big reduction of the backroom associates. That segment has been cut to the bone, and to tell you the truth, I really don’t know how they're handling all of the work. Has something similar happened at any other clubs?

Back room associates at our club sure didn't get the raise!!!! Must be nice if your in the back & did get a raise.
The backroom associates are on the same pay level as the team leads but yet the team leads received raises but the back room associates only make 15.00 ..does the backroom associates pay supposed to go up too ?

There pay went to $18 an hour and they cant keep up with all the freight and taking care of claims especially with block scheduling.
At my club there are just two back room associates and we cannot keep up. So busy unloading trucks that we can't get to Claims.
We had 4 in May of last year and we went to 3 then they cut the clerk which left 2 that’s 1 receiving an 1 claims now that they have waited at least 6 months we are getting another back room associate in the day and evening. Plus 2 more receiving people. They cut out those that made good money. Go fix that!!!!
Reduction? Only 2 right now but hiring 2
How many is a big reduction? When there is only 3 is that minus 1 person or what?
