An all important FYI for those who don't know... customer service is being outsourced. 2.0 equals fewer american jobs. Were not hiring and call centers are turning into deserted islands. Who knows if the remaining reps in centers will even get the option of ha when it's all said and done. 2020 will be a very telling year.

The rumors are spreading like wild fire and verizon does not want people to know what is really going on....so of course they are all of a sudden going say they are hiring after they put on a hiring freeze and extended the shift bid. This happened before and they did the same thing held interviews too. Dont be fooled. Just because they say they are hiring does not mean centers are not closing
What center is hiring?
Our center was told they are filling 100 care spots and have several new hire classes starting in October and November.
Once retail is 100% outsourced to indirect you won't have to worry about that either. See? The glass is always half full!
S—s cause on the retail side front lines having US based customer service was a great selling point . Especially when you deal with sh–ty att and sprint CS often.
