Is anyone putting their 2 weeks in Monday? No, they don’t deserve the 2 weeks but I’ve worked here 5 years I do need the reference for future jobs... however who will still even Ben here I a few months to even give me a reference???

Nah I'm going to drain every cent i can while i look for new work. I now have a half dozen calls i can blow off and in a walmart dependant territory i have zero chance at getting numbers. So I'll do the bare minimum and get my liveable salary until it all dries up or until I'm on to my next opportunity.

I wouldn't advise putting in a notice until you found new employment!! It's easier to find a job since you have a job. Don't do anything drastic!!
