About 400 people laid off in the Pillar org this week. That brings the total since 6/1/2016 to 24,850.
In other words, close to 25,000 experienced employees laid off in predominantly US and Western Europe and replaced by less expensive and less qualified employees through the ‘class of program’ in the US and in general in India and Eastern Europe, severely eroding the experience and skills of the oracle workforce, but reducing costs and propping up EPS.
Keep looking folks, there are better options out there.
