I’m so tired of Marketing Leads Getting left out on Pay Raises. This is Insane (we) are Marketing Leads an Coordinator’s Get left out. We bust our a– every F—ing Blitz Week with new income coming in. But yet No PAY RAISE!!!! My Marketing Lead bust her a– everyday getting new Income every week. Still No Raise!!!! We are tired of this sh–. Sam’s Club needs to do better. Ho make wise decision before good associates leave.

Does anyone know if the team lead position is really going away
If you are not claiming mileage that is on you. The Marketing Lead at my club not only was claiming mileage when SIFing but was also Ubering and Lyfting.

My marketing lead does more then u know. She places orders for the whole damn club cause Sept. Leads are too damn stupid she answers a lot of questions that most managers can't. She is asked to make schedule for other areas the list goes on and on, So before you say we do nothing walk a mile in our shoes with 105 degrees outside and being told not interested over and over again, mileage hell half the time we don't claim what we should, we use our cars wear and tear so please shut up we earn every penny and deserve more.
It honestly depends on the market, and club location I am speaking from what I actually have seen, also depending on the length and positions AC have had in the past they make almost as much if not the same as leads, on top of millage and meals. Yes ours gets meals paid while on their drives. Ours hardly come back with hardly any SIF, from both positions. Those who are complaining should find a new job, complaining isn’t going to get you anywhere. Every single position in the club is hurting, MSL’s to Floor leads. They got raises but the pressure is on, some are doing both positions while others are slacking. Either s— it up and be thankful you have a job, or look elsewhere. It’s irritating seeing all the complaining. Nothing will change by complaining
I don’t know what location that person works that said marketing gats paid for lunch. Not true. My marketing team brought back just for this last blitz 107 new members. It takes lots of time and planning to do this job. Membership is all profit which certainly helps your Sam’s Share.
Again I do know that at our club the marketing team lead does cover breaks for MSS and desk. They do not get mileages every week. There has to be some time for trying to make appointments. Unless you have been in marketing you do not have a clue to what they do.
We do not get paid for any meals. The mileage doesn’t even cover wear and tear gasoline and oil changes. What are you talking about that we don’t work. Phone calls. Travel. Appts. Handeling problems that is work.
stop complaining and apply for another position or get a different job. Both of these positions get paid for mileage and their lunches and dinners paid for. Half the time they come back to the club with nothing. Personally I have been on these so called drives and seen just how much work is put into them. It’s a waste of company time and money. When they are in club they do nothing to support the club itself, like they are to good for work. Maybe it’s just our club/market but this is how it’s been for years. They sit in the office complaining about what the company is or isn’t doing and the whole place can be burning down outside the office they wouldn’t care to help!
Lets say the marketing lead has been with the club at least 10 years.im sure with there hourly wage and the mileage they accrue every week they are making way more then the MSS and as far as doing breaks at the desk and for the MSS ive yet to see that happen so stop whining and go get a membership

I don’t blame you. I’m looking also, too many jobs out here in marketing. Let the Mss get new memberships coming in the club. Ha ha that will never happen. They’re so sorry they can’t get any upgrade or credit no 1. I’m giving my two week notice in tomorrow. The hell with Sam’s Club
I am out of here. They give MSS a $3 raise and leave team lead in marketing out. Then I am asked to give all three their lunch and breaks and do my job after giving membership desk break too. Too many jobs out there now. After 8 years I Amy giving my two weeks notice.
