May, August, November & February are when they will announce what the bonus is- it will be on your next check- which will usually be the first check of the following month (so don’t look for your next bonus until Dec 5).
For the employees that are getting no bonus because clubs are not doing well and membership is down and you aren’t doing enough for the club to succeed do you know that Cm and mm and higher ups get their shares based on the entire company! just sayin
Work for your hourly pay, its all you're entitled to. The rest is a bonus.
Just to let you guys know our bonus should be May, August, November, February that’s what they post when they announce the new bonus system. That’s why we are upset cause any of manager or even the GM did not even told us, I have the picture here when the first time they post that on our board. And we deserve to get inform for any delay or any change cause that’s our bonus and we work so hard for that.
1st paycheck in September. Small bonus is better then no bonus.
I don't understand why people are so upset!!! This company is NOT obligated to give out bonuses!! Be happy you might even get one! Other businesses don't give squat!
A lot of confusion about the Sams share. The date has always been 9/5.

Just saw Sam's Share for our club. Should be coming on the next check. Why get so upset over something you cannot control? I am happy for any extra "bonus money". We did pretty good, almost $500.00.
