What criteria is used? Does the person (or persons) responsible even know what each position is responsible for at their club?

Are you job coded correctly? I wasn’t until a short time ago and once they job coded me properly my raise came through. They now owe me back pay for the difference.
I never received a raise and I am a back room associate. We work our butts off and now they are bringing in new hires for close to what I am making after 16 years with the company!!! Shame on you Sams Club, shame on you for not supporting your long term associates.
