I’m curious to know what everyone else’s opinion is on their district manager?

I quit over a year ago, but my dm was completely useless. But she was “good at Instagram” Last I heard she’s acting as director.
All of the mid level management Team make look and sound real good but are as shady as they come. I thought it was just in this region but nope it is the culture.
Short staffed? Make a contest! Missing a metric? Have a conference call! Ask a question and receive a real answer? Career s–c-de.

All the great DM’s have left Verizon. Now we are stuck with s—t DM’s.
Way Overpaid, Fake & just like someone said only look after their “Own” peeps, who really s— up to them & we’ve all seen that. Literally, any kind of changes DO NOT affect them at all, plus they don’t feel even a slight of a pinch in their salaries/bonuses like people at the frontline. Politics & Verizon go hand in hand.
Its the most valuable postion in the company. Always has been always will be. 😏

told that maybe the problems at my store stem from the way we communicate our issues to our leadership team. There is no accountability for anyone above SS. It’s wild how much money they s— from the teet but never think to point the finger at themselves.
Clueless and totally disconnected. He stops at the store looking for "feedback" to make things better. You bring up issues and he tells you how you are wrong. He is an id–t and just promotes his friends..
Useless wastes of resources.
