BNY can no longer compete in UK/Ireland. Reputation destroyed by the way they treat staff. Big cuts this week and one (minimum) location being cut in each area. Best of luck to all...hope you get a good package (everyone is praying for a pay out).

Too costly and complicated to fire people.
Easier to hit them with BE ratings, or take work away from them, dont include them in emails.
They will leave by themselves.
