Ummmm... they are the boss and you shouldn’t need to be reminded.
Laying off mechanical folks, suppose they figure, the trains will pull themselves. Sadly, when they need them back because the company is in shambles, maybe they get 10 to 25%, in big metro areas, 75 to 100% in rural areas. Just their way to remind us who's the boss.
