Did you guys get a load of that mess? First of all, why is there a training video, prominently displayed on the Wire when they could have just made it into a CBL for people new to the role? Second of all, neither of those two people in the video look like they've ever even done SIF at any company at any time...the one guy looked like he was scared of his own shadow and was reading cue cards, messed up several times and they didn't even bother to do a re-take. I remember the last time I saw a hot-mess of a video like that. It was when they premiered the New Backroom. Seconds later they cut the s*** out of that department.

SIF stands for Sold In Field. It's all of the Memberships that the Marketing Team signs up outside of the club - the field sales.
