Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Not even managers believe there is a future here

Have you noticed it? Even managers - the only people who can still consider their positions somewhat safe - are leaving in droves. They don't want to wait and see what's going to happen, they already know and are making the smart move.

And to think here are still people here who claim this is not the end of Xerox...

My manager genuinely believes they have a future at our core. They lost me when they said that “JohnV had some good things to say” at one of the webinars. He’s so far up his boss’ behind that it doesn’t surprise me. Wish they would have rebadged their sorry donkeys.

After the weekend I use to look forward to going back to work supporting customers and building quality and value into all things Xerox...now I have the Sunday nite blues and can’t wait till quitting time Friday.

Sorry to say but I rarely believe anything my manager or his boss say ...That’s the state of business today ...just do my job until the next shoe drops .

It’s been a long time but can’t remember when I last had a manager who I respected for their knowledge and skill . (30) plus years
on the job ...

My Manager told me straight up that she wants to quit and is openly applying externally. Everyone is a victim of John Vs disastrous tenure. Get out people ! Today is my last day & the timing could not be more perfect.

In wish they’d wipe out both our pres and middle management. They are not leading, nor managing. Waste of a salary.

The mid line managers are the ones who should be most worried. All they do From what I see, is report the work their staff is doing.
