Are we the only store that doesn't have mats for the cashiers to stand on? We had mats when I started, but the mats got old and were tossed. Management never replaced them.

Why does it matter? When I was a cashier, I hated those mats. I constantly kept having to move it back into the right place because it kept sliding around.
I ask my CM for them because the old ones were becoming trip hazards we had them in about a week
Nothing worse than a mean martyr. What a ridiculous comment. It's not a contest to see who can last where. No one cares if a cashier can't last on the floor. The world doesn't revolves around you and your position in the world.
1ozi- It is harder on your body to stand in one place than move. Try it for 8 hours. And no, I'm not a cashier or a greeter.
You poor baby " I have no mat " try walking on the cement all day long ,doing our jobs stocking and stopping all the time and walking again across the club to show members were the stuff is they are looking for. I know for a fact I walk at work on that hard floor 2 to 3 miles a day without any mat under my feet! GET A GRIP, someone like you wouldn't last on the floor!!!!
We have them
Lucky, lucky, lucky Europeans.
In Europe they have to provide chairs to cashiers. This is a legal requirement
