Fresh team leaders are having their way with their schedule, don't Ever close, don't work weekends,can someone just please set an example as a team leader instead of just abusing the system after getting a $5 raise
8 years meat processor and rotisserie and HMS and now hiring meat processors $1.oo more per hour than me, what's wrong with this picture?
As I stated before MMS don’t do sh–. But walk around in the store an b–ch all day. I’m a cashier an I have never seen them get an upgrade or credit. They stand around with the cell phones laughing am talking but yet the make $18 an hour. When our Membership Does all the work. I wonder if He leaves who is going to have the moral in the club up. I’m so sick of this sh–. Busting my a– everyday getting upgrades an Credits while everybody else JUST WATCH!!!
So is that why they are going away with them. I’m saying all mss and team leaders are now making to much. You should NOT walk in making more then the hard working people on the floor.
I think everyone who works at Sam's should make at least that much.
Our MSS are paid more than the marketing team lead. So I don’t understand why you would say over paid. Our marketing department brought back 107 new memberships last month. Sure did contribute to our Sam’s Share. Unless you have been in marketing you don’t have a clue what all they do.
