I have also had posts not posted at all or deleted.
First time I met JV - it was his first week at Xerox:
Individual 1: "We'll miss our Q2 numbers (i.e. EPS) but we're fine for the full year.
JV: "There is no way we're going to miss Q2. If we need body bags, we'll get body bags. ... But we'll also have fun. Let's get a cake to celebrate birthdays each month. It doesn't have to be an expensive cake."
Psychopath or just plain crazy? In any case, I started updating my resume right after this meeting and thank God, left voluntarily shortly after. RUN!
