So How Is This Better?

My computer and various systems stop working randomly throughout the week as I’m trying to provide that excellent client service Charlie wants us to give. Trying to get them fixed is an exercise in patience/insanity. I sit on the same broken chair I’ve had for years, I buy my own office supplies because what is provided is of poor quality or isn’t provided anymore. The folks who knew what they were doing have been laid off, and now when an issue from the past comes back up nobody has a clue. I’m doing my work plus the work of 3 people who “left”. When is the good part of Charlie’s transformation plan kicking in? Did I miss it? Did it happen already? Or is this it? I think this is it. I’ll say it for all of us “uncle” - you hear me Charlie “uncle” already!

From comments above I understood that bank is promising better service to it's client in future while degrading current service. What a smart and wise business decision. Just want to remind from history how many grate companies was k–led just by one wrong decision. I sincerely hope it not the case here.

Hey those managers are always Exceed Expectations why you think this year exceed went up to 25%. To keep the cronies happy. The new managers think and act like kings while they know nothing about this place.

Our department is a similar mess, and seriously: it just keeps even getting worse.

Obvious changes that could make it less painful are never done, why? Maybe pointless because the next purge would just undo. People are either overwhelmed (with too much work or not enough knowledge), or have nothing to do. We have no new work, not sure if there actually isn’t any, or if it’s just mismanaged.

Some suspect the entire department could eventually disappear, which would explain everything. Not sure if they are doing us any favor dragging it out, whatever the plan is.
