How is the work culture at Webex data center Unit as they are moving towards Artificial intelligence and enhancing existing Webex to be more interactive. The work pressure and offshore calls are enormous with engineers back in India ...is this true ???

Under new leader, Amy, Webex will be better because she know how to deal with, the old leader no clue with $3 bil. Webex caused Cisco close the group.
However Webex will be in hard battle against Zoom.
Is this within webex hosting inside of IT? The whole culture within IT right now is very dour. The new CIO, who has a broad history of outsourcing, hired a consulting group, who makes their money on outsourcing, and has begun an attack on anything Infrastructure or Data Center related. Now would probably be a bad time to join anywhere in IT until either the dust settles, or she leaves.
If it's within the engineering unit itself, you're probably okay for now. But they have a lot of work ahead of them to make Webex better.
