Sounds like a joke to me. Mentee groups of the unknowledgable?? Thats what most CM's, MM's and regionals are now or just plain Sam's bots
They sent some club managers to home office for a few days to work in mentee groups. So the ones that were out expect to be back extra juiced up on the kool-Aid and maybe with a plan to fix the mess these stores are in.
Oooh. Get ready for more changes. Meetings then hiding out before the shoe drops.

Just curious, do you do your job differently when the GM is out of the building? If you're an hourly your job doesn't change one way or the other. Unless of course you're a slacker.
