Do you really need an MBA from Northwestern to know that cutting off customers, charging excessive fees, laying off employees, and hollowing out a company aren’t a strategy for long term success of the company or of great benefit to the American economy and communities? I could’ve told Lance that for free and saved him years of reading case studies and writing papers to get the sheepskin.
