Remember the old Xerox motos “Customer 1st” and Employees were an asset.

morale? what is that? It used to be fun working here now the only people left are clueless robots with no personality.
Morale is not yet bottomed out. If they haven’t succeeded in s—ing the life out of you, they will try to take your soul as well.
I’m betting it can go lower. It’s bad right now as people are leaving in droves... but it will get worse.
