Disgusted is 100% on point!!! For the past 30 years the senior leadership team was only focused on one thing- themselves. They surrounded themselves with their buddies who never spoke up about poor decisions and there was never any ramifications to the top for their poor decisions!! The board of useless directors turned a blind eye and never spoke up either! We now are on the same boat with this CEO surrounding himself with his buddies and we now are saddled with yet another useless board!! For the life of me I will never understand why a board of Directors is not compromised of people who actually care about what happens to the company since they need their paycheck!!

Holy macaroni, Xerox was never a flagship of the documentation industry. They could have been, but walked away from Documentum, failed to invest in DocuShare during the window of opportunity before O365 SharePoint, and exhibited utter failure at monetizing PARC outputs and XRX patents.

Regarding the “copying” industry, “flagship” status needs to be earned to maintain it. Commodity product strategy and little innovation coupled with premium pricing does not maintain that status.

Don’t believe we are a Flagship anymore.
There use to be advertising of Xerox products across all major sporting events.
Today rarely see a mention..At social functions the mention of working at Xerox doesn’t even elicit a response. So it goes.

Innovation has passed this company by.Out of the box engineering and risk taking is no longer the heart of this company.Xerox is sinking as if stuck in quicksand.Machine base in field drops on average 7-10% a year.

Because just like in my core they pay these managers an outrageous amount of money and they do jack sh–, and the people who do all the work make peanuts! Xerox is the same way, poor leadership, horrible business decisions and no clue how to run a successful business because they are all consumed with lining their own pockets instead
