Quarter 2 no bonus, thank the yellow signs that took $$$ right out of your pockets and into the suits, I wonder if that's legal?

Our bonus is over $600. Pretty sure the yellow signs aren’t k–ling you, it’s underachievement by Management in coming up with a game plan to keep the numbers up consistently. I’m not judging the “underachievement,” because I know it’s not easy with all of these crazy changes. Curveballs out the wazoo.

Our club received $445
We have "yellow signs" an have got 2 Sam shares so far. First was about 150 in the 1st quarter an about 350 for this quarter. Sorry your not getting one but don't blame the yellow signs.
Ours was less than the Walmart stock. Reason?

What did we do?
Just our job but that gets overshadowed by the member comments regardless.
Under payroll by $50,000 plus. Speaking of we are on track with last years membership metrics but sadly under for the forecasted quarter. Also our sales were up by 3%.
Another thing that hurt our share was member incidents.
We were told need to the follow the 5 and work on being more friendly.
Kind of easy for managers to say that since they only need to meet their money metrics, they no longer have to worry about their AES score.
our club got a bonus...I think it is over 300.00 I am happy to get anything...I like my job....probably sounds crazy to some of you but not everyone is unhappy....

wow...there was a post in this thread that said that it takes a team to achieve the dream..or some such nonsense....anyway I called that person out as being a manager getting their talking points directly from home office..they claimed they got a huge bonus..i said the only huge bonuses went to GMs for standing on the necks of hourlies......well both the post i responded to and my response have been removed from this thread....i did not use foul language nor did i name names or clubs but yet my response was so close to the truth it had to be removed along with the post i was commenting on.....this is an indication to me that this site is highly influenced by the corporations we are suppose to have the protection of anonymity from.......
