They cannot hold a call off due to weather against you, especially if majority of people call off.

Depends on if it's a mandatory evacuation where you live. Also depends on when that mandatory evacuation starts. If it starts on a Tuesday and you leave on a Monday you will get points for Monday but not Tuesday.
