Do we get paid out our PPTO when we leave or is this the same as our old sick time (no payout)? I'm getting conflicting answers.

It looks like the same thing happens on here as in the stores. Different answers every time. Or no answers.
I would take what you could get and get out. At least you will get your sanity back once you leave. Won't realize how brainwashed so many are until you leave. It's just like leaving an abusive relationship. Good return on investment on yourself and your self worth
In Michigan I got pto and ppto. Not the old school personal and sick.
PPTO is paid out in every state, same as PTO.
It will depend on the state you live in. In Texas I received all my pto and ppto. I did not receive the personal and sick hours we use to get back in the day.
Both are paid out. In California you also get old personal time paid out if you have any.
We only get pto paid out not ppto so use it before you leave
