Wow, has management run out of ideas and now has to come here to figure out where to cut?
Well, workforce might be a loose interpretation of my suggestion. Bet generally the parasites from director level on up to the CEO should be let go. There is no valued added at a the upper levels.
I mean really, how creative a mind to you need to say move work to 3rd word regions, demand more unpaid OT, and to stoping investing in your peoples education, Health care ....etc.
I will give them credit for their thug like behavior to demand these things from the workers and to buy off politicians to get state department rules changed for exporting of technology.
But you could just as easily hired people for a WHOLE lot less money to accomplish the same thing.
There is really a dearth of leadership here. They can intimidate, demand and stomp there feet to get things out the workers. but there is no leadership, where people are inspired and willing to follow and participate in getting to a future state technological advancement, especially not the customer.
This company like others feels they only need to buy other companies to get there not invest or innovate there way there.
So with that said director and above and go and you would see much or profitability and productivity.
