Does anybody know what the market manager meeting was about? my club manager told me that the market managers were all meeting is it about cutting down some assistant managers.

Ya I got a couple AM’S that don’t do anything ever! So Around October first they should start cutting them?
Club mgr is not going to tell you they are cutting out mgrs.
and the jewelry cbl is c-ap....you cannot learn jewelry by taking a cbl...just like you cannot drive a forklift by reading about it....You cannot put just anyone in a controlled area like jewelry. It will be a disaster...an open door for theft.
First cuts in october

Going down 1 AM in October. The minimum salary will go up to $58k. Getting rid of t-b-cco company wide. The other manager cuts will happen in January. The minimum will be raised to $13 or $14, merchandisers will get credits for learning certain areas (CPU, Photo, and Jewelry). There is already a jewelry CBL under training on club hub.
