After 7 years in one of GIS's best cores in the MW, I left the company a few months back when I saw how horribly they were treating hard working employees. Lies by HCL, lies by Xerox, lies by our core's so-called 'leadership team' made me embarrassed to say I worked at such a place of employment. So rather than letting them continue to do this, I TOOK CONTROL of the situation, got my resume together and found a better paying job with better benefits and an ethical management team within 6 WEEKS.
SO FOR EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD who still works at Xerox or whatever the hell they are calling GIS now, WHY ARE YOU STILL THERE? The economy is GREAT! Employers cannot find enough good people to hire! Get out of this unhealthy relationship and get the position with a company that you DESERVE TO WORK AT.
And when you resign, you can tell the HCL liars and the fat-cat Xerox t–ds to go to hell. It was one of the best days of my life. At this point you have no one to blame for sticking it out in such a terrible company other than yourself. Stop being a victim and get control of your lives and careers - YOU WILL BE FAR BETTER OFF. Go now....go....start now.
