I was part of the Smart Redesign for FMCC and was let go a few days before the first check in March but was told I would be paid until the end of March. I did not get my bonus. These bonuses are for the profits from the previous year and are given the first pay period in March. The bonus was not in either of the checks in March. Did anyone else not get their bonus?

I was let go on March 12th. I received my bonus notification and separation package at the same time. I received both payments. I would be really surprised if anyone let go gets a 2019 bonus in 2020.
RWG is relative work group. This is how the managers “rank” their direct reports to decide who gets the top achiever and who gets pushed to the bottom. If you were ranked near the bottom of your team monies could be skimmed from your bonus and given to one or more persons who were considered for top achiever but didn’t make the cut. HR apparently recommends doing this so it’s not considered unethical.
RWG? Kinda figure they were skimming from some to grease others, however not familiar with the acronym.

helps if you have documents stating such, if not, I would still file. They have been fording mine for months, but I am asking for interest since the date, so their fording will be to their detriment
The bonus is for work performed in the prior year. I would ask for a response from HR until they either give you the bonus or tell you in writing why you will not be receiving it.
I got my bonus but was not let go until May. You are correct, the bonus is for performance from the prior year. My separation paperwork said that I will be eligible for the 2019 bonus that is paid in March 2020 and it will be prorated for the time worked in 2019. Honestly I’ll be surprised if I get it, assuming ford does well enough to pay bonuses. During RWG they juggle money by taking it from some so that others can get larger bonuses and since I’m no longer there I wouldn’t be surprised if mine is spread among the favored ones.
