Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Lowe's HR is not on your side!

This is a public service announcement. One would think everybody would know this, but after something I witnessed this week, I feel the need to reiterate it.

Here goes: HR is here to protect the company at any cost - even if it means throwing you under the bus. You should NEVER go to HR and expect them to take your side over the company.

That's all I wanted to say. I feel better now.

You just figured that out? What did you think—that HR was an independent, neutral arm of the company? Lol

The only one that will have your interest in mind is a lawyer, working for Lowe's I'd pretty much reccomend having one on retainer.

True. But pretty well known
In most of corporate America.
HR looks out for the company.

Human Resources, the name says it all if you really think about it.
