In Kmart, full-time will get holiday pay8 hrs for F/T 40 and 7 hrs for F/T 30. Plus you get pay plus $2.00/hr for time worked.

Absolutely not.
As I understand, Kmart will pay an additional $2.00 per hour today. Couldn't quite see their way to time and a half. I believe it's one of two days this is offered per year.
We used to all get holiday pay but they stopped that right before the last paid holiday how convenient or plain greedy
In certain states you can't "cut holiday pay" in retail because the law forbids it.
