I was laid off on Aug 15th with along with other people from the Pillar's group., but I have not received the severance pay yet.
I sent that signed agreement end of last week. Should be in their California office on Monday (Sept 2nd). Is there anything else I must do to get the severance pay?
Monday Sep. 2 was a holiday in US offices.
The documents say it may take up to 3 weeks to process your severance after they received your signed letter and all of the Oracle equipment that was assigned to you.
Anyone knows the email for the head of HR? I shredded the remaining documents from packet when I was a bit mad the other day from what happened and did not want to see the name "Oracle".

In most companies it's several weeks beyond the rescind date, if there is one. So if you have a week to rescind after you sign, it might be 3-4 weeks after that.
It might take a bit longer than a week to process unfortunately. As long as you followed the instructions you'll get it. If I recall there was a date in my packet indicating roughly when the payment would be made out. Apologies if I'm remembering incorrectly.
