3 am and 1 pm all full time. $15 an hour, no problems getting claims and dc done, merchandising team is supposed to help out with running on the am and pm shifts. No dumping dc’s from the truck to the steel easy process.

I must be fortunate because I have managers who know the situation is out of control with the disparity of the volume of work and the amount of time available to get it done. We are all familiar with what we are safely able to do and what each person is capable of handling. All we can do is tell one another, "just do the best you can", and we all back each other up whenever and wherever possible. We know it's rarely ever going to be enough and there's always going to be things that can't be seen through to completion. That's the position we're in and we just have to live with it. Tempers flare, people become frustrated, every one of us around here is dissatisfied with this constant predicament we're in. We all know who is responsible and why and we're not afraid to call it like it is and possibly even chuckle about it. What other choice is there? We don't make the damn rules but it's definitely not a question of who does. I think the best part of what goes on in this club is that most of us do have respect for one another and we haven't been plagued with a lot of the infighting that we hear about in other clubs. So at least we have that much to hang our hats on.
What ever it is. . . .it's NOT worth it!!! Expectations are extremely high. No matter how fast you unload the trucks you are told to go faster and speed it up. Perhaps that's why so many areas of steel are bent and damaged in our club! Safety has gone out the window and rules are not being followed! Trucks are being unloaded without being locked in and the lights changed. If this nonsense keeps up there will be deaths at Sams Clubs throughout the country!! SERIOUSLY.
