Maybe if all Managers offices were upstairs they wouldn't sit in them all the time, also keeps Assotiaites out! Instead of eliminating positions,make them work. FYI

Totally agree must be a low volume club? It’s obvious that you don’t work either if your watching their every move. Our managers are never in the office.
Also our managers work the am and pm shifts. They work 4am-2pm and also 2pm-1130 shifts.
No need for managers to be in the office. You can do everything from your phone. Only time our manager are in the office is when they are doing schedules takes too long to do on your phone. Idk what goes on in your club but our managers are on the sales floor doing resets, straightening pallets and stocking every single day.
