Found it interesting that HAH coach left recently and they divided that team up instead of replacing the coach. Yet they hired new HCMs. Really overloading the coaches. Way to run off good people.

Just more of the same. Humana doesnt care who they burn out or how quickly. They think there is an endless supply of nurses and social workers dying to work there. They dont realize that their name is "mud" in the industry.
divide and conquer is their strategy. if they are splitting the teams, this is a sure sign that they are getting ready to dump people. a workforce management determination for profit maximization.
