There are a number of meetings happening right now in SIOT about consolidating sites, at least 2 that haven’t yet been announced. Does anyone know which sites and the time frame? Will direct and indirect labor both be affected?

Overheard whispers among leadership:
- Melville, NY moving to Richardson, TX
- More repositioning in Golden Valley and other sites with less than 30 people through mid 2020, either layoffs or move to a “hub”
- Newhouse closing and moving to Freeport
And bonus...layoffs to come in ISC, customer experience, engineering, and other IDL across the board because there is apparently a 10-20% census efficiency target. Layoffs starting now until end of 2019.
Moral of the story: things will only get uglier in 2019, so do as little as possible and start looking for a new job immediately.
