I’m not a fan of field leadership quadrupling the targets thinking if the bar is set high we will maximize the sign ups. They think it will sound cute when they tell their bosses that they set high standards for the team. The opposite is true... Unrealistic targets are demotivating.

Great comment, and so true. This separates the Leaders, from the rest of the CVS Corporate Field.
My store has had roughly the same flu shot goal for the last three years and every year we just barely miss it. This year they literally doubled target. It’s apparent the staff isn’t even bothering trying to get flu shots because they know we’re not even going to come close to target.
