Guam’s easy to see going Wesfarmers’ way, but moving the complete other direction, what will become of the USVI KMarts? Would Wal-Mart move in? There’s already a Pricesmart in between the 2 KMarts on St Thomas, and they would love to have the market to themselves if KMart left.

The Virgin Islands are pretty poor. I dare say Target is too upscale for them. Hopefully they can convince Wal-Mart to pick up at least one store on St. Thomas and one on St. Croix.
