For the past several months, our numbers at our core has decreased to a point where we are barely able to get by. Some people, like myself, have taken over related functions from other cores we have merged with. So one person may be doing the job of two or three; yet, since we are rebadged, we are only looked at as doing ONE of the functions we are expected to do by XBS. So no reward or compensation can be expected from HCL for the additional work, stress, or anxiety. In fact, they’re going to take that from you. They not only never check up on how you are doing or what they can do to help but they instead will take your job and let XBS inform you so they can do their dirty work for them. No appreciation or communication yet the first time they spoke to us they were an employee focused company? A joke. They’re a pretend company doing pretend work making billions. One day, in the near future, my job will be taken from me by someone who cannot handle it. They will completely fail and my core will suffer; and this will happen throughout XBS until it can no longer operate independently. All my role is right now is to clean up the mess and get it all prepared nicely for HCL to take over.

There's a part of me that hopes I get to stick around long enough to see Xerox or my core experience some pain from all this. I was not rebadged, but I feel like I am one of the only non-rebadged who cares about those who were. I keep thinking to myself that all the people who were rebadged were the ones who helped build these successful cores and Xerox/HCL thinks they can just pop someone in from overseas to do it cheaper. It disgusts me.
Xerox is a joke. HCL is incompetent and I only hope that my friends who were rebadged find new jobs soon. Many have gotten out already.

omg you hit the nail on the head, I have said from day one that HCL is useless, they are constantly passing things off to the cores that THEY should be doing, it's such a joke!! They are trying to get live in our database and they are not even trained nor know what they are doing, nobody has a plan, nobody!!!! Everything will go down the toilet fast and quite honestly I can't wait!!!
