The possibility of a new VSP in 2020?

How likely is it for another VSP to be offered in 2020? Thoughts?

ZERO? There was no EISP in 2018? Did I miss my chance? Oh no. But I'm a wireless union employee!

Possibility ZERO. Your chance was in 2018.

I'd say stop wishing once the 1 year anniversary rolls by. That's September 24th. My fingers are crossed until then whether it's likely or not.

Garage Boss.....get real. The UNION negotiated contract is up 2023. Nothing is known after that date as NO NEGOTIATIONS have taken place. The Co can offer an EISP once a year per contract not in 10. Troll

I am the garage boss. No EISP for 30 years of life wasted here. Wire factory will sell.

@imv You are not a garage boss. You aren't fooling anyone. A VSP is a rare thing. I can't remember an offer like the last one without a hugh RIF afterward in over 30 years. An EISP on the other hand is much more common. You can count on a widely offered EISP (the 2200 a year up to 30 +50) about every 4 to 6 years. There have been targeted EISPs almost every year. We are overdue for a widely offered EISP

I would say a VSP is much more likely than an EISP. That union handout ship 🚢 already sailed. Maybe an EISP handout in 10 years but I honestly doubt it.

VSP??? Doubtful. Layoffs...a decent probability.

I would say zero, that ship 🚢 already sailed. Maybe will be one on another 10 years but I honestly doubt it.
