I hear there's a new survey coming out, not sure what groups this will impact. Basically, it's something for you to list what you spend your time working on daily. You need to account for 100% of your time. If this doesn't spell layoffs, I don't know what else does. They do this to groups every year before letting them go. Sad that they put the employees through all of this stress and waiting. Anyone get the survey yet? If so, what area are you from?

We did that survey in GMCA last summer. No layoffs, Just a re-org separating activities for "role clarity". Many previous roles cut in half, resulting in lots of openings. Not saying it's better, and it's not like anyone has less to do. But that was the result. (at least so far, 4 -6 months after the survey was completed.)

I’m in GT&O and the email says the survey must be completed btw 9/25 and 10/8.
GRM completed it in June. We were given too little time and too little instruction to do it properly. Something like a week. They are now working thru how to respond. Basically seeing what initiatives they already have in motion which may sort of address concerns so they don’t have to do anything.

a mass email today that we all have to complete it starting end of September.
Yes we got it about 6 months ago and haven’t heard anything more. Office of CAO marketing. No layoffs to my knowledge.
