Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Bad Management

So does anyone else have managers that literally abuse people and never get into trouble even after reported to Ethics? We've had 2 but the one is way worse than the other. I've worked at my club for over 6 years I loved my job and my people (members and associates). I was responsible for a lot of extra things that I didn't get paid for but just simply to help out. I knew all but 2 areas and due to her verbally abusing employees I along with 7 other people that I am aware of including other managers turned her into ethics and nothing got done. Then my club manager made just ME sit down with her and tell her everything that was going on. So after that she targeted me and wrote me up 6 times. I fought some of them and got them removed but then she took me out of my position and put me in a less paying one. And told me if I didnt go down she was going to fire me. Sam Walton would have never aloud that c-ap and I know it is very wrong and sounds crazy but this is the he** I lived for over 2 years. She forced me out of my Sam's family whom I miss very very much. I truly loved my job. Home office, my club manager, and her failed me miserable. I did what was right for my associates and got punished so badly for it that I no longer was able to work at Sam's Club anymore....

There is NO integrity or honesty in our club. And blatant favoritism is rampant!

yes, An example at our store was we had an associate who averaged 3 no shows a month with additional dings for being late. Still there. Still coming in late, Still not coming in,

And the open door is a joke. Most of the Gestapo tactics are orchestrated by market managers who are only acting upon the direction given to them by their regionals.
