It’s not that I’m running away from hard work. I come to work and give my best. I;m even considered a good performer at my location, but I don’t know how much more I can keep working with this schedule in which I’m hardly able to spend any time with my family. Does anyone feel the same way, to a degree that he/she is thinking about quitting?

You all work there at your own free will. They owe you nothing your paid a wage hours worked and days off you agree to. Quit if your unhappy with your situation ive worked for sams for over 25 years i dont agree with everything but at the end of the day its my choice to stay. Sams owes me nothing they owe you nothing grow up be adults.
Sam's club doesn't care about your family time and they certainly dont care about you.

Where I'm at you are cussed out, threatened, and bullied by management.

No i see my wife and kids less than 15 minutes a day.
All jobs have their positives and negatives. If you are unhappy as trite as this sounds finding a new job might be the answer.

That's why I quit. After being at Sam's over 20 years it was a scary thing to do. I am so happy I did it finally. I found a job right away and I lost about $35 per paycheck. Well worth it. I have a Monday through Friday job. I wish I had done it along time ago. Don't let a company take you away from your family. Start looking for something else. Good luck
No, they dont care about us. I get absolutely no days off with my husband and daughter because I work every dang weekend. Only time I get off is if I call in just to spend time with them! Dont even try to request a weekend off because those get denied too.
John Furner does not care about the associates, you are just a number to him. All they care about are pleasing the major shareholders and the rich a**holes who sit on the board.
A lot of people at my location feel the same way.
