Holes everywhere in the freezers. Members are going in the freezers looking for stuff. Counted 40 empty holes on floor and it’s only 12pm. Before close members will probably be climbing in the steel. Sad to see.

I was pulled from my position to cover for others that did not show up. As I was informed to not put in any extra time, I left at the end of my shift, not finishing a mundane, non essential part of my position. The manager who order me from my position to cover then raked me over the coals for not finishing my position. My response? "I can't do that job from where YOU had me cover, my arms aren't long enough"

overtime at our club is wide open. some people working 10 hour shifts 7 days a week. They be getting mad when i try to go home at the end my shift. Also get mad to me then i take a 15 minute break more than once a day.
I've caught members tearing into pallets in the steel to get what they want. It's not unusual. What was unusual, was the guy who hoisted his kid up to get at the Maxwell House.
Our club too
I've seen them climb the steel. Literally. I'm not kidding. Twice this week alone. Country Time and Folgers Decaf. Both not stocked with partials right above where they normally sit. Manager just said to leave both of them that way and let the store manager see it.
