Does anyone know why we are resetting the store a different way. I understand we need a remolded but we are not remolding it’s changing the store around and putting stickers up where merchandise are going to be. I just think this is kinda strange I feel like this Gilbert AZ store is going to be like Sam’s Club Now store or something. So can please tell me what’s going on.

Your pods will be going away. Very little steel in candy/snacks 95% pallet driven
Trying to copy Costco’s layout.
Trying to eliminate any steel shelving especially in seasonal and snacks/candy. Trying to pallet drive and make aisles vertical instead of horizontal. So you should be able to see all the way to back of club from front end.
